Oversees operations and partnerships for a team of 40+ FTEs including collaborating with engineering to create new workflows and processes for our editors as well as site optimization to create a better experience for our viewers- Project Manages delivery and set up of sponsorships that drive several million dollars a year- Shifted our international team\'s strategy to ensure we were maximizing views as much as possible during the pandemic. This led to a video output increase of 50% driving additional revenue for the company. Two of the producers involved in this strategy brought in over 200M video views in Q3 2020 alone- Co-leads our newsletter initiatives which have the highest lifetime open rate at the company clocking in at 47%- Created our Always-On training program for Managers and Individual Contributors to continue their personal and internal career growth- Launched several team-wide initiatives to promote team bonding while WFH including; In The Know Compliments where team members can anonymously submit a compliment to their teammates that are published every Friday and our Fun Committee that creates team-wide activities that we can do once a month from home
