About Jessi Capone
Engineering leader at Procter & Gamble, driving large-scale projects, technical innovation, and high-performing teams. I’ve built my career at P&G, spending half my time in manufacturing plants and the other half in central tech centers, giving me a deep understanding of both operations and business strategy. Currently, I lead the Engineering team for Bounty paper towel innovation, overseeing initiative project management and the long-term technology master plan. Beyond my technical expertise, I’m passionate about people—mentoring, inclusion, and leadership development. Outside of work, I’m a mom to a kindergartener, a hobby gardener, and an avid reader. I love connecting with others—whether to talk engineering, leadership, or career growth. Let’s connect!
