I’ve built my career at P&G, spending half my time in manufacturing plants and the other half in central tech centers, giving me a deep understanding of both operations and business strategy. Currently, I lead the Engineering team for Bounty paper towel innovation, overseeing initiative project management and the long-term technology master plan. Beyond my technical expertise, I’m passionate about people—mentoring, inclusion, and leadership development. Outside of work, I’m a mom to a kindergartener, a hobby gardener, and an avid reader.    Technical Team Leader and Program Manager for Bounty, Charmin, and Puffs Front End Innovation sustainable packaging program. Leads multi-functional R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Network team defining the product, process, and equipment for plastic-free packaging of the future. Developing options for strategic supply network design to provide maximum flexibility and equipment capability, at the lowest capital and ongoing cost- Owns Bounty paper towels technology masterplan incorporating front end innovation, current business, technology masterplan, supply chain, and commercial needs up to 20 years out• Leads team of engineers responsible for project management and capital stewardship for Bounty initiatives, approximately $30M capital spending annually at all manufacturing sites • Format Innovation Team sponsor, on the Bounty Commercial Team, which completes technical assessments needed to deliver packaging format innovation for commercial to sell in to customers in Club, Food, Mass, Drug, and Dollar channels
