My practice is focused on a wide variety of transactional work for private equity funds. My practice primarily focuses on representation of private equity sponsors and investors. With respect to fund sponsors, I have coordinated fund formation, including negotiations with investors, operational matters and dissolution. I also represent a variety of institutional investors with respect to their investments in private equity, hedge and infrastructure funds and have negotiated with fund sponsors on their behalf. In addition, I have experience in acquisitions and divestitures of sponsor clients, as well as general corporate governance, for underlying portfolio companies.
