Hi, I’m Jess! For the past 10 years, I’ve poured my heart into growing communities of all sizes, designing programs that inspire, and curating experiences that leave lasting impressions. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, where vision meets operational excellence, and my passion is cultivating spaces where people feel seen and empowered.Currently, I\'m taking on fractional community manager roles and consulting projects with early-stage and growing communities to advise on community strategy, build infrastructure and playbooks, and drive engagement. Previously, I managed a community of technology experts across 140 countries, where I led community marketing and launched flagship initiatives, including the virtual Global Talent Conference, the TopSpeaker coaching program, and scaled the TopVolunteer program to $3M+ in pro bono impact. I\'ve also driven national growth of virtual workforce development programs and played a key role in the launch of two coworking communities.
