As an intern at Brown & Brown, I support various aspects of the insurance brokerage process, including assisting with the marketing and submission of commercial, personal lines, and employee benefits accounts. I help prepare proposals, analyze claims, and enter data into applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency. I attend team meetings, collaborate with producers and managers, and perform administrative tasks such as document management and front desk support. This role is helping me strengthen my attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced professional environment.
