About Jessica Waters
As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital Organization Transformation practice, I have gained experience with various aspects of large-scale system implementations including change management, communications, business process re-design and training for Government and Public services clients. I focus on building client relationships, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and adapt well to all client and team dynamics. I graduated from the University of Kentucky, with a M.A. in Communication in May 2020. In May 2019, I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Integrated Strategic Communication and a minor in psychology. Through my education and past experience, I bring knowledge of integrated campaign development, data driven solutions and strategic communication to any team. I am a dedicated and innovative professional who excels in collaborative environments.I am proud to have started my own charity, Cupcakes for Camp, at the age of 11. Through my work as an Ambassador for the National Epilepsy Foundation from 20••••17 I sought to educate publics on epilepsy first aid, inform audiences of the condition\'s prevalence in the world and eliminate the stigmas associated with epilepsy and similar conditions. Cupcakes for Camp was turned into a flight program for the National Epilepsy Foundation and serves as a guide for others who wish to raise funds for a local epilepsy foundation.
