Hi there. With my technical knowledge of current product development and focus on data-driven insights, cross-functional relationships and design thinking, I bring trend-forward product strategy to business & brand success.Today I would call myself a design leader, business strategist and storyteller. Work friends would describe me as passionate and focused, yet overly enthusiastic. The storyteller in me is passionate about user research where I have almost 7 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, digital tool use and agency collaboration, synthesis of findings, report creation and insight presentation to senior leaders.Most recently I\'ve led design strategy for the future state of the FedEx Developer Portal and FedEx global billing and payments user experiences. I worked on the research and design for Staples printer paper repackaging initiative as well as conducted and presented dozens of market research reports across diverse categories. I helped pave the foundation for Staples\' executive line review process and the integration of product lifecycle management at Thrasio. My passion for process and discovery keep business success at the forefront of all my projects.
