I am an ambitious, hardworking leader and proactive problem-solver passionate about making a positive impact through talent acquisition and human resources management. With almost 20 years of experience working with diverse populations, I enjoy motivating others to reach their fullest potential and achieve growth and success. I bring a warm, non-judgmental, person-centered approach to every encounter. As a Corporate Recruiter at Crown Lift Trucks, I lead talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives, creating exceptional teams that drive our Canadian operations in Ontario and Quebec. In my previous role as a Human Resources Manager at Momentum Autism Services Inc, I provided strategic partnership to the CEO to build operations, human resources, and health and safety strategies that aligned with business goals. As Owner and Director of People Operations at Yaymaker (Paint Nite), I thrived on guiding and developing our team and building relationships with our external partners. My educational background, including an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Labour Studies and a Human Resources Management Diploma, has solidified my foundation in HR.
