I truly believe you should learn new things as often as you can. If you don\'t, you will grow to be complacent. There is rarely a dull moment in my work day - and I like it that way! Some of my colleagues might tell you that I have a tell-it-like-it-is style that everyone needs from time to time, but am diligent in doing so, making me a reliable, knowledgeable partner. I love taking projects to the next level and thinking outside-the-box. If I want something, I will figure out what I need to make it happen and I will have a plan to get there. I take initiative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and seek out & own opportunities to improve myself. I have worn many different hats in my career being responsible for maintaining relationships and day-to-day operations to help businesses and employees succeed. Specializing in creating enticing, eye-catching communications and marketing solutions for organizations, I have served as a subject matter expert on web content management systems, communications, employee benefits, and process improvement/policy development. I have a unique ability to manage multiple projects at one time and navigate through complex challenges. I excel in both the analytical and creative tasks of a role. When I\'m not handling the biz during the weekdays, I\'m likely chauffeuring my 10-year old around to her sporting events, attending football games with my dad, finding time for personal development, or being the unofficial \'designated\' planner/decorator by friends for whatever event they may be hosting.
