   I am a part of the project management team at ISG, a multi-disciplinary architecture, engineering, environmental, and planning firm. In my role, I lead the client and internal teams through a project lifecycle, ensuring project and owner goals are met. I use my communication, leadership, and management skills to plan and deliver projects throughout the firm. As project management leaders, we are responsible for creating successful outcomes, delivering consistent and desirable experiences, and ultimately creating a favorable perception of ISG and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients.More specifically, I- Lead a Delivery Team through multiple projects, in partnership with others, to successfully implement a client’s vision- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and Delivery Team staffing plans in partnership with Project Leaders- Work in partnership with internal quality assurance team members and follow quality control processes- Demonstrate leadership by engaging in staff development and mentoring of Delivery Team members- Participate in construction administration services including site meetings.
