In my current role as a Partner, I assist clients to effectively navigate complex tax return preparation, compliance and planning. I have substantial experience working closely with clients to address their tax, accounting, advisory and transaction needs with a primary focus on the professional services industry and their owners. I combine strong technical tax skills along with knowledge of leading automated technology tools to serve many of our largest multi-state law firm partnership clients. Specific experience - Responsible for overseeing the overall tax compliance for clients, including managing the preparation of federal and state income tax returns for large multistate partnerships and S corporations - Provide tax planning and consulting for both professional service firms and closely held businesses and their owners - Provide ongoing communication with clients regarding changes in tax laws and new tax incentives - Assist with federal and state income tax audits, examinations and appeals processes - Provide training on efficient and effective partnership tax preparation
