At DiverseForce, I have played a critical role in founding and scaling this innovative human capital solutions firm. A successful initiative that I have spearheaded as Director of Operations is the DiverseForce on Boards program, in partnership with the University of Pennsylvania. This innovative leadership development program empowers mid-to-senior level professionals of color to serve more effectively on nonprofit boards. I am responsible for overseeing all company operations, providing leadership and guidance to drive continuous improvement to maintain high levels of performance. Through my leadership, we have been able to create and implement effective strategies to drive operational efficiencies and optimized performance, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the company.
