Coach, counsel and advise leadership and management regarding pressing priorities and initiatives related to employees and any Human Relations matters impacting the organization• Lead, strategize, build, collaborate and execute recruiting, training and development, succession planning and career development for the organization• Facilitate training such as but not limited to Wiley’s Everything DiSC Model• Assist and execute full lifecycle recruiting initiatives as well as new hire onboarding • Provide Human Resources Generalist support and execution of the benefits enrollment process, employee performance review process, payroll and compensation process, and employee relations matters• Manage HRIS System and input updates with employee information, etc.• Administer other programs and projects as necessary (i.e. business resource groups, external vendor and partner relationships, internships, quarterly newsletters, etc.)• Support VP of HR with department budget and board materials and other top-down initiatives
