This includes conducting investigations, resolving complaints, and providing coaching to both employees and managers.• Manage the employee separation process, including severance agreements and outplacement assistance.• Design, implement, and administer a comprehensive benefits package annually including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance options, supplemental policies, pet insurance, HSA, FSA, 529 savings, and 401k.• Manage workers compensation insurance, ensuring accurate claims processing, injury reporting, and adherence to regulations.• Lead a team responsible for accurate and efficient payroll processing with an in-house ERP system, piece and production pay calculations, and adherence to tax and labor regulations.• Responsible for employment tax administration for Florida and California, ensuring timely filing of federal and state employment taxes (e.g, SUTA, FUTA, 941, 943, SDI, DE9, W2s, W3s).
