I have numerous relationships with writing, directing and producing talent, and within the agency, management and development communities. I am able to identify new and upcoming writers, directors and producers with in the family-friendly content field to facilitate our continued growth. I consistently bring in material for new development projects from a variety of sources including pitches, books, articles, life rights, remakes, as well as self generate content to meet the demands of the ever expanding slate of seasonal specific movies. I utilize Research to hone and evolve content and identify areas of interest to the audience. I track current and upcoming books, true stories and trends in the zeitgeist that would make viable TV content, as well generate detailed analysis of material to evaluate it\'s potential as branded content. I have been recruited to internal, interdepartmental teams to launch a new company-wide software system, as well as a strategy team to brainstorm innovative and imaginative ways to support and amplify the brand in a crowded market space. I support and collaborate with divisions such as Ad Sales, International Distribution, Publishing, Home Entertainment and our on-demand streaming service to provide quality content that serves the overall company objectives. Last, I write and compile extensive creative notes during all phases of development that provide writers/directors/producers with clear, concise direction, and oversee all creative aspects of production - from casting through prep and post - and generate comprehensive notes on cuts / vfx / music to make sure it reaches the quality Hallmark standard.**Please do not submit movie or any other content ideas to me on LinkedIn.
