About Jessica Vicks

Jessica is the Program Manager of the Multifamily Business Program within Fannie Mae. The MF Business Program is an 18-month rotational development program dedicated to building Multifamily\'s junior-level bench. Jessica manages the recruitment efforts with various colleges and universities, the training efforts that include building and managing a training plan for foundational and technical skill-building, and she is responsible for people management activities and strategic partnerships. She manages various projects throughout the Business Management Office and supports many strategic initiatives. Throughout her career within Multifamily, she\'s been able to support sales and marketing/branding efforts along with managing the implementation of communications strategies throughout the Enterprise. Additionally, she has experience with public speaking include hosting a local television show for Prince Georges County\'s CTV network. She has also competed in beauty pageants and has coached beauty pageant contestants.
