I oversee full-cycle recruiting for five key areas, from Associate Consultant to Sr Director level: o Data & Analytics: Python, SQL, Spark, Redshift, Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker o Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP o Software Engineering: Java, Spring, Angular, Scala, React o Experience Design: UI/UX, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Research, Service Design o Client Services: Sales/Account management and delivery *People Leader: I provide leadership through career guidance, presenting growth opportunities, and training on recruiting best practices. I conduct weekly feedback sessions, quarterly reviews, and advocate for promotions and raises.*Inclusive Recruiting Ambassador: Completed a 7-week training designed to accelerate my ability to recruit inclusively for a more diverse and equitable Slalom. We dove deep into inclusive recruiting practices and core ID & E concepts like unconscious bias, cultural values, and microaggressions.*Local Onboarding Lead: I drive onboarding strategy by designing and executing training, as well as being in charge of continuous improvements. This includes developing and managing our three-day onboarding program, building out our Associate (early career) experience, revamping our Leader onboarding, and the Welcome Buddy program.*Employee Resource Groups: Our TA team holds a monthly meeting with all our ERGs to partner on talent initiatives. We discuss ID & E recruitment strategies and create partnership opportunities. I also helped launch our LGBTQ+ ERG in Charlotte. I helped plan, execute, and lead internal events and training, and coordinated community outreach efforts. I also assist with planning events in partnership with WLN, as well as serve on the Breast Cancer Awareness month committee.*Meetups: We successfully partnered with AWS to bring the AWS user group back to in-person between 2021-present by finding speakers, locations, and marketing efforts. We recently took on the GCP meetup and revived CROCs (corporate recruiters of CLT).
