About Jessi Lafferty

Jessi Lafferty is a Manager in the Finance & Performance group. Prior to her current role, Jessi worked in Deloitte’s CFO Program, supporting senior Finance executives across industries – through proprietary, curated offerings such as tailored programming, experiential learning, data-driven eminence, and more – as they navigated the increasingly complex demands of an ever-changing marketplace. Previously, Jessi served in the Cyber & Strategic Risk practice of Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory with a specialty in Extended Enterprise Risk Management (EERM). Within EERM, Jessi focused on the assessment, design, and implementation of clients’ Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs and had experience in risk-based supplier segmentation strategies, ongoing monitoring control activity enhancements, policy and methodology creation, and TPRM technology implementation. Jessi also spent time in Deloitte’s Assurance and Internal Audit group, providing third party assurance services related to business controls and processes. Specifically, Jessi served engagements focusing on Business Risk Control Design and Readiness, Service Organization Controls (SOC) 1, JSOX, and General IT Controls testing.
