ABOUT JESSICA KOEHNEMAN
Jessica is a Partner in the Deals practice at PwC specializing in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory with more than fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry across a range of sectors including insurance and reinsurance companies (both in P&C and life/annuities), insurance brokers, management company accounting, hedge funds, mutual funds, REITS and real estate companies, banks, broker-dealers, private equity funds, and hedge fund of funds. Prior to joining the Deals practice in Chicago, Jessica spent three years in the Chicago Assurance practice providing assurance services to property and casualty and life insurers as well as asset managers. In her current role, Jessica provides technical accounting advisory and capital markets transaction support to clients. This includes complex accounting and financial reporting matters arising from IPOs and SPAC transactions, business combinations, financing (including 144a debt offerings and private placements), carve-out and spin-off transactions, accounting change (specifically IFRS 17 and US GAAP LDTI for insurers), SEC filings and IFRS/US GAAP conversions. In addition to her client service role, Jessica is active in campus and experienced recruiting for PwC Chicago.
