ABOUT JESSICA KENT

I have spent 13 years running successful stores and in that time I have worn many, many hats. From sales associate all the way up to store manager, I’ve been there. I’ve spent countless hours reading and analyzing KPIs, scheduling, hiring, training, coaching, laughing, and ensuring business is moving along. Many late nights, many early mornings… all for the sake of being the best I can be. For me, management is just a part of who I am. I love to relate to people, create safe spaces for customers and associates, and I am constantly looking for ways to do and be better than I was yesterday. I’m proud of what I have achieved over the years. From increasing sales storewide through a company credit card launch, to running small store events that blow sales goals out of the water— I have always strived for success. Most recently, I have completed a course in data analytics, which provides me a strengthened understanding of those KPIs, how to utilize them to their full potential, and how to make really informed business decisions based on them. I am proud of everything I have accomplished, and cannot wait to see where the future takes me.
