WHO WE AREFueled by a belief that personal growth happens best in community, I launched the Women’s Purpose Community in 2021, for women who crave safe spaces to do the courageous and deeply-personal work of self-discovery. For me, it\'s been the deep, soul-level work, that\'s helped me step out of the day-to-day grind and live my highest potential and purpose.WHY WOMEN JOIN US:~ Soul Purpose Discovery: We help women leaders regain a sense of self, through reconnecting to the passion and purpose that helps them thrive in every sense.~ To Focus on Their Wellness: Female leaders experience burnout up to rates 2x as much as men. Which is why the WPC offers expertise and highly specialized classes in wellness, mindfulness and other practices, that help them restore their wellbeing.~ To Build Relationships, Not Network: The WPC is known to be the place female leaders can come to build deep relationships that support their growth. We don’t do networking or transactional connections in the WPC, period. ​WHAT WE BELIEVE~ Healing and personal growth happens best in community~ Vulnerability is one of our greatest assets~ Becoming self-aware is about practice and discipline~ Purpose is a higher-self soul calling~ Leadership is a spiritual journeyMEMBERSHIPA membership in the WPC includes working with the same group of 6-8 women for one year. Coming together each month to focus on a dedicated, personal growth topic. Led by an expert coach, core group sessions are in-depth workshop mastery meets \'sacred space holding.\' As we practice supporting one another through vulnerability + empathy; not unsolicited advice. Additionally, members have the opportunity to take part in over 20+ workshops and classes throughout the year (topics curated by members). We also gather in-person for 2 retreats, each year.
