Support advocacy for comprehensive sex education by tracking legislation and policies, researching state-level initiatives, and liaising with elected officials and coalitions.Legislation and Policy Tracking: Monitor and research federal and state legislation, bills, and policy developments related to sex education and sexual health. Research: Gather and analyze information on state school boards, policy trends, and best practices in comprehensive sex education. Advocacy and Communications Support: Assist with developing and executing communications strategies, including end-of-year reports and external communications. Liaison and Participation: Support the policy team by engaging with Congressional offices, participating in meetings with field leaders and coalition members. Project Support: Assist with program planning, special projects, and other initiatives as needed by the policy team. Content Creation: Potentially draft pitches for the media, create social media content, and contribute to organization\'s blogs.
