Dr. Jessica Crowley is a cofounder of Agileon, Organizational Development Consultant, and Change Management Strategist. She has extensive experience in leading merger and acquisition integrations, agile, digital, and HR change management transformations in various industries, such as defense, aerospace, rail, manufacturing, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals. She has worked with senior leaders around the world, helping them capture their strategic vision, assess their current state, select innovative solutions, and execute proven strategies to reach their desired outcomes. She has successfully optimized organizational operating models, designed and led agile transformations, championed employee-led change, and employed scientific, empirical studies for transformation programs. Jessica is passionate about empowering and enabling individuals and teams to thrive in complex and uncertain environments.
