About Jessie Jackson
Hello, I\'m Jessie. I am a seasoned people and operations leader with experience building people strategy, shaping culture, developing talent, and strengthening organizational effectiveness in mission-driven organizations. I love working hand-in-hand with others to create environments where people thrive in service of a shared purpose. In my role as Vice President of Human Resources, I lead Cradles to Crayons\' national HR team. I partner with other senior leaders and our Board to build strategy, coach, mentor, innovate, and implement forward-looking HR systems to ensure C2C can grow our impact and reach more kids while staying rooted in our mission to end clothing insecurity.Prior to that, I spent nine years developing and scaling inclusive people practices at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) to amplify organizational impact on a global scale. I served as the head of HR, developed the first talent strategy, and led through major leadership transitions and periods of significant growth. Throughout my tenure, the organization scaled rapidly to expand its programmatic footprint into over 30 countries and increased the global workforce by 50%. Let\'s connect!
