With over 9 years of experience in Human Resources, I currently serve as a Human Resources Business Partner, partnering with leaders to support their teams through thoughtful, people-first HR practices. I partner with leaders to improve engagement, reduce turnover risk, and drive consistency in performance management and employee relations. I bring a balanced approach to employee relations—grounded in compliance, communication, and care. I believe culture is shaped by everyday actions, not just policies, and I strive to help leaders create environments where people can thrive. I focus on building cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and clear communication—where employees feel valued and leaders feel supported.I’m an active member of both National SHRM and the Lubbock SHRM chapter, which allows me to stay connected, informed, and engaged with the evolving HR landscape.
