I design the systems that help mission-driven organizations execute strategy at scale.My work focuses on aligning governance, operations, and leadership across federated organizations with distributed chapters and volunteer networks. Outcomes include:• Implementing centralized governance and reporting systems across 45 chapters and 450 volunteer leaders, increasing on-time compliance by 41% and achieving 99% year-end compliance• Designing operational workflows that reduced administrative workload by an estimated 82% while improving transparency and accountability• Building volunteer recruitment strategies that resulted in applicant growth of 205 qualified candidates from 27 the prior year.
