About Jessica Howley
I am a highly-qualified, accomplished and experienced educator, looking to expand my skills, passion, and dedication beyond the classroom. As a special education teacher, I fine-tuned my ability to lead and collaborate among a team of various stakeholders with differing priorities. My creativity and resourcefulness allowed me to solve ambiguous problems with limited resources. As a case manager, I honed my ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, develop and meet annual goals, and make decisions that were data and compliance driven. I am highly skilled in using instructional technology to present multi-modal, engaging and interactive material in both virtual and in-person settings. I\'m also very experienced in the use of state and school-based analytics platforms used to input, track, and analyze data, and maintain compliance to rigid legal standards. I was one of four state-wide recipients of the Phyllis Mondak Award due to my advocacy for equitable and inclusive practices for students with disabilities within the field of early childhood education.
