The Hospitality Hub is a trauma-informed, people-first organization committed to delivering effective, compassionate solutions for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Our mission is to guide people toward stable housing with personalized support that prioritizes dignity and long-term success. In my leadership role, I- Cultivate a mission-aligned culture that empowers guests, staff, and community stakeholders to succeed- Design and implement programming that removes housing barriers and accelerates pathways to stability- Lead a diverse team of 64 professionals—75% women—ensuring staff are supported, aligned, and inspired in their work- Drive collaboration and continuous improvement, implementing new systems and care models to meet evolving needs- Manage Memphis’ inclement weather response, operating warming and cooling centers that provide life-saving refuge during extreme temperatures- Mentor emerging female leaders in the nonprofit space, fostering the next generation of changemakers- Support field education by guiding interns from local and regional colleges through immersive learning experiences- Advance food equity by rescuing and redistributing up to 2,500 lbs. of food monthly from local grocers to our shelters and staff kitchens.My passion lies in building systems that are humane, adaptable, and focused on empowering people to thrive.
