I am Jessica Holcomb, Broker/Owner of White Glove Realty, White Glove Design, and Lead with You. I started my career in selling New Construction homes and spent 10 years being trained by the most respected in the industry. With my background in new construction and sales and marketing, I launched another business, White Glove Design. A fresh take on marketing, design, and inspiration for the home and business. My keen eye has helped many achieve the highest return on investment. Many times minor tweaks and staging tips can bring a faster sale and/or more money for the homeowner or business owner.I have created my own best practices through on-going weekly training meetings with my team. My passion is inspiring and motivating others to achieve their highest version of excellence. In 2020 I launched Lead with You, a Real Estate and business training/coaching company. I authored and teach a TX CE approved course called Selling New Construction. As a member of White Glove Realty my agents have access to all of these courses at all times. All 3 companies assist and align with the overall vision of creating opportunities for a higher level of excellence in business and the home.
