Responsible for execution and success of extensive IT project portfolio, including 14-18 complex, long-term, and concurrent Epic install projects (approximately $20M) • Manages Team of 8-10 professionals responsible for implementation planning and end-end project execution of the company’s largest revenue source ($40M) • Monitors, and analyzes clinical data to determine the success of each project and ensure clinical outcomes are aligned with pre-determined expectations • Implements Change Management strategy and tactics to create a solid internal framework for each client throughout the implementation process; includes the creation of tools to assist in and measure success • Engages with Executive-level leaders to mitigate risks, manage client relationships, and create future revenue streams.
