In my current role at Mars Pet Nutrition North America, I have the privilege of leading the team at PrettyLitter. As a leader, I’m passionate about building collaborative, high-performing teams. I love the challenge of building and creating something new while bringing fresh perspectives to traditional corporate CPG environments.Since coming to Mars Pet Nutrition North America, I’ve also had the pleasure of pursuing one of my personal passions—sponsoring and mentoring other women—as the executive sponsor of Women and Allies of Mars, an Associate Resource Group. Our mission is to empower women and educate everyone about the benefits of giving more women opportunities. I’m a people-person, and I’m also a pet person—and I’m proud to be creating a Better World for Pets, including for my own dog, Yvie and cat Rayna!
