Steadily improved compliance month-after-month by implementing DOT Administrator training strategies. Eliminated the departmental deficit by identifying cost savings and streamlining processes. Working with the Film, TV, Employee Health and Safety Departments and helped deliver a DOT Compliance Program for Canada.
