ABOUT JESSICA GLASS

I have several years of experience as an educator and administrator and have spent the last dozen years training and developing teachers and school administrators across a large charter school organization. My career started out as a teacher opening a new school in a high needs urban area in 2004, progressed into work as a coach supporting other teachers in my building and then serving as a dean (assistant principal) in the same building. For the last dozen years, I have had the opportunity to serve as the Business Owner for several organizational goals, projects, decisions, and initiatives, as well as for the last 7 years concurrently serving in an extremely unique position managing all of the severe student discipline cases across the organization\'s 100 schools and the 9 states where we operate. My time management, efficiency, and accuracy are anchored in the systems and procedures I create.Through these various roles, I have demonstrated and developed into a relational teammate and coach with proven leadership skills, excellent relationship-centered strategies and practices, the ability to develop innovative and creative solutions for issues, strong organizational capabilities and a successful track record in developing effective training and development opportunities, coaching others toward their goals, and leading difficult conversations. I have never met anyone with a career quite like mine, and I am excited to expand the possibilities of my skills beyond the education industry.
