About Jessica Gagnon

There’s nothing better than having an “Ah ha!” moment, except helping someone else have one. Throughout my career in business analysis, public relations, and marketing, I have had the opportunity to train, mentor, and coach others in my department and more widely across an organization. Taking those experiences with me into a full-time digital learning and development role, I look to the complete picture of a business process and bring an analytical approach to determining where a user training gap exists and then work collaboratively to design a learning solution to fill the gap. Recognizing that people learn different ways, I help professionals enhance their skills through classroom, virtual, and one-on-one trainings tailored to the needs of the organization and the individual.
