   My responsibilities included daily administrative support to directors of Harvest School of Missions at Iris Global—a Christian NGO. In serving on the core leadership team I helped coordinate the mission’s school based in a third world country. As a core team member I have been responsible for coordinating 350+ students and 35+ staff members from 40 different nations with varied cultural and interpersonal relationships. I coordinated and maintained communications with international leaders who came to speak at the school. I managed calendars, created spreadsheets and schedules, facilitated meetings, and informed program details to faculty—while maintaining a fast-paced work style, multi-tasking and sustaining a high-level of communication. I have been a support to operations through supervising, planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
