Chartered Management Consultant with experience in digital, project and programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, behaviour change and business analysis (including customer testing and process mapping)- working closely with stakeholders to create client-centric propositions. Specialised in change management and IT implementation across the project lifecycle, within the insurance, environment and education industries, and with a strong interest in innovation, sustainability and the circular economy.
