As a passionate Senior HR leader, I continuously strives to exceed client expectations through the implementation of policies and initiatives. Through my ability to balance both employee advocacy and business operating needs, I leverage a combination of HR expertise and understanding of industry knowledge. Effective and positive resolutions to complex HR issues within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment is always top priority. I am passionate about achieving strategic organizational goals through collaboration with senior leadership, while ensuring we are also championing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. In addition, by assisting leaders in mitigation of company risks we ensure that all company practices are compliant with government regulations. As an advocate for continued learning, I continue to challenge myself and others, while also knowing continued learning assists us in shaping new innovations that spark continued positive changes within our workspaces and community.
