Design and implement Customer Onboarding process. This included establishing a Customer Master Data Team, working with Tax to ensure flow to eliminate reactive cleanup in SAPDesign process for Unclaimed Property tracking, as well as ongoing efforts to limit Unclaimed Property filings for the future.Worked with legal to create corporate agreements. Internally created a tracking system at the customer level to track all agreements received were up to date and maintained. Leader in efforts to clean up Master Data to better provide more accurate reporting and streamline process. Including: unclaimed credits, online ordering internal process and end user certificates.
