I’m a people-first operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and human connection. As a Director of Recruitment and Employee Experience, I’ve spent the past several years leading high-volume hiring, training, and team development across fast-paced, customer centric environments.I started in frontline sales, then went on to lead national sales and customer support teams, launch a global ambassador program from Switzerland, and manage end-to-end recruitment for hundreds of hires across sales, marketing, and operations. Along the way, I’ve built scalable hiring systems, coached leaders, and designed onboarding and performance programs - with an eye toward equity, clarity, and growth.I’m known for jumping in where I’m most useful - whether it’s optimizing a recruiting funnel, hosting a team-building scavenger hunt in Vegas, or dressing up like a slice of pizza to hand out snacks and drinks. I believe in showing up with empathy, structure, and energy/humor and helping others do the same.Currently based in Dover, NH, I\'m expanding my local networks and recently joined the city’s Recreation Advisory Board. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring Type 2 fun (working on my current goal of hiking the 48 footers in NH), reading nonfiction (Atomic Habits and Barbarian Days: A Surfing Life currently), and memorizing the names of every Matchbox car my two-year-old introduces me to.Into hiking, running, biking, building better workplaces, need resume or interview advice?
