About Jessica Ebeling

I graduated from UND with a BS in Marketing and Management. Professional growth and a focus on community have been a strength from the start of my academic career. I worked at a full-service marketing agency during and after college to provide clients with strategic plans, goals, tactics, and promotions to achieve growth. Based on store data and primary research, strategic initiatives were prioritized to increase market share, profitability, customer counts, and average ticket for 76 Subway locations in ND and northwestern MN. I managed a team to strategize, coordinate and implement dozens of integrated regional promotional campaigns for SUBWAY® restaurant franchisees. I returned to Fargo in 2010, joining my family\'s multi-generational independent insurance agency business to tackle a different industry. After nine years as an insurance agent, I changed industries to Banking. Gate City Bank has empowered me to blend servant leadership and innovation to help the surrounding communities achieve financial empowerment. My greatest accomplishment is my role as a wife and mom to three young men.
