Makes hiring recommendations supported by facts and engages hiring managers in discussion to exercise influence to ensure that sound/defensible hiring decisions are executed.• Works collaboratively with compensation, hiring managers and finance leaders to develop appropriate job offers while effectively negotiating job offers and terms of contracts.
