ABOUT JESSICA DAICOS
As Senior Analyst at Future Design School, I work with clients in education to collect and analyze data that informs strategic decision-making and drives measurable change.I began my career in marine biology, specializing in experimental design and coastal planning. My experience as a scuba diving instructor naturally led me into education, where I taught Grades 7-12 Science and Mathematics in both private and public systems. During this time, I developed student programs and facilitated experiential learning, sparking my passion for creating authentic, engaging, and effective learning experiences.While studying Learning Experience Design, I worked as an Education Consultant, developing experiential and digital environmental programs for children. I later transitioned into corporate consulting, where I led the strategy, design, and delivery of digital and blended learning initiatives for global companies, helping them navigate complex learning challenges with data-driven solutions.These experiences have shaped my ability to approach problems from multiple perspectives, leveraging data and design thinking to create impactful solutions in both K-12 and corporate contexts.I hold a Bachelor of Science, a Master’s in Teaching, and certifications in Learning Experience Design, Project Management, Data Analytics, and Adolescent Counselling.
