   As an implementation specialist, I focus on new customer onboarding and integrations facilitation. These work activities have a critical impact on company revenue by leading new customers toward utilization of our platform services. Implementation specialist responsibilities include owning a portfolio of new accounts as assigned and overseeing the implementation project for those accounts, guiding the implementation steps and making an effort to keep the customer within the timeline for go live and completion.
