I’m a purpose-driven leader with a passion for design, wellness, and building empowered communities. My goal is to empower others to live a life full of confidence and compassion. Through my own journey to discover strength, empowerment, courage and patience, I am passionate about supporting others in their journey of growth and development.My career began in the creative world, where I spent nearly a decade as Art Director at Paradigm New Media Group. I led branding and interactive design projects for clients like Panera, Sara Lee, and Saint Louis University, while mentoring design teams and contributing to business development.Along the way, I sought a creative outlet that allowed me to work with my hands and take full ownership of the process. As co-founder of CIVILIZED, a furniture design venture creating modern, handcrafted pieces for design-minded homes, I led the charge in marketing, finance and client communications. I also got to use lots of power tools (bonus skills - I can weld & upholster).As I refined my vision for a meaningful life, I realized my deepest desire was to make a positive impact on others. I\'ve been a certified yoga instructor and teacher training facilitator for over a decade. This passion led to a multitude of opportunities at Yoga Six and LIFE TIME. Yoga has been a cornerstone of my personal growth, and I love sharing its transformative power with others.My career at LIFE TIME spans over 6 years, a cross-country promotion, and multiple leadership roles - from Yoga Boutique Leader to Sales Manager to Membership Concierge Manager - before stepping into the General Manager position. I thrive on building community, process development/refinement, high profile clientele, career development, risk mitigation and organizational unity.
