Think anything that falls outside of traditional property and casualty or employee benefit insurance - such as travel, student health, intercollegiate sports coverage, accident plans, and more.Prior to my role at RCM & D, I worked for nearly 8 years on an incredible team at a travel assistance company as an account manager directly supporting clients. Previous to that, I was a risk manager at a major research higher ed institution - so I have a deep understanding and respect for client needs and the client/vendor relationship. RCM & D is an agile firm where leadership, client executives, practice leaders, and producers work together to take care of the client.
