As the Executive Administrator of Redline Performing Arts, I support the coordination and communication of RPA-related projects, performances, and programming. From operating the front of house, booking venues, and determining artists\' contracts, I participate in project management from brainstorming to execution. This role strengthens my organizational and communication skills while expanding community partnerships.Most previously as Client Service Specialist at ADP, my role centers around ensuring client satisfaction and retention through meticulous service in retirement plans management. Within just two months, our team has effectively communicated strategies for plan enhancements, directly contributing to client trust and business growth.My education in Communication from the University of Louisville, coupled with a robust understanding of CRM and 401(k) plans, equips me to address complex client needs effectively. Evidenced by my previous efforts in advancing DEI at Experian and the Mortgage Bankers Association, I am committed to fostering inclusive practices within the industry.
