Hi, I\'m Jess and I\'m the Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Easterseals NH, VT & Farnum. I\'ve been working for Easterseals for 8 years, starting as an intern and working my way up to where I am today. I love my job! In my role as Talent Acquisition Coordinator, I have the opportunity to build awareness and promote recruiting efforts through social media and other channels, develop and foster relationships with our community resources, colleges, high schools, organizations, and lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.In addition to my work at Easterseals, I serve on the Manchester Area Human Resources Association (MAHRA) board as the Membership Director. It\'s an incredible organization with so many amazing people who are passionate about helping each other succeed professionally.
