About Jessica Buccolo

I started my journey with Equitable Advisors as an Operations intern in 2017 and later as a Marketing intern in 2018. These early experiences provided me with a solid foundation in the company\'s operations and marketing strategies. Since June 2021, I have been an integral part of Equitable Advisors, initially supporting managers in candidate pipeline management and onboarding processes. My role involved assisting candidates throughout their onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition into the company, and contributing to the overall operations of the branch. I enjoyed helping candidates acclimate to their new roles and witnessing their growth within the organization. In May 2022, I transitioned to the Wealth Management National Training Team, where my responsibilities expanded significantly. I now focus on creating and updating training resources for advisors, aimed at enhancing their skills and those of their managers. Additionally, I provide essential administrative support to the team. My ability to stay extremely organized and manage multiple priorities has been crucial in supporting the advisors\' growth and development. I am passionate about contributing to the development of others and thrive in environments where I can support both individual and team growth. My journey at Equitable Advisors has been both rewarding and enriching, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact.
