I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at NYU Langone Health. Clinically, I specialize in trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, substance use disorders and health psychology, adult ADHD, and stress management. I am a certified Prolonged Exposure consultant and a certified Cognitive Processing Therapy Provider and was previously a Master Trainer in Suicide Prevention for the Cohen Veteran\'s Network. For clinical work, I am licensed in NY, NJ, FL, and CT. Organizatinally, my expertise extends to burnout, productivity, and occupational wellness. In addition to conducting clinical work, I provide consultation to clinicians, medical centers, brands, corporate teams, organizations, and media companies. I provide consultation, workshops, and talks to companies ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. I also function as a media psychologist and am a frequent contributor to media outlets, including print/online articles, radio, podcasts, and more. I currently serve as a co-host on Doctor Radio on SiriusXM, am a member of the medical review board for SELF Magazine, and am an advisor for Wondermind (a mental health company founded by Selena Gomez, Mandy Teefey, and Daniella Pierson).
