Jessica Brown joined Cushman & Wakefield as Executive Director and leader of the Charlotte Agency Leasing team. Ms. Brown is one of the Charlotte region’s leading office leasing executives and has represented clients such as Goldman Sachs, Cousins Properties, Barings, Hines, JP Morgan, Parkway Properties, RREEF, Maersk and the California State Teachers’ Retirement System, and properties such as Charlotte Plaza, the Carillon, Fifth Third Center, NASCAR Plaza and SouthPark Towers, among others. At Cushman & Wakefield, she works with an established Charlotte Agency Leasing team including Senior Vice President David Dorsch, Vice President Kris Westmoreland and Senior Associate Grant Keyes building the metro area’s top office leasing team.
